Is it possible to buy single cards or packs of only one design?
Sorry, but not this year. The only way we could offer the cards at the low price of £3.95 a pack, including postage, was to keep things simple at the production stage. i.e. every time one introduces a variation on a mixed pack, up shoots the production and fulfilment cost.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We use what is called a ‘secure server’ and in over eight years of business we have never had a single problem or complaint.

I live outside the UK. Can I still buy the Christmas cards?
YES! Please could you email us with your provisional order and ask us to quote you a postage/shipping cost to your country of residence. We ship cards overseas all the time, so it is easy to do, but because costs vary depending on how many cards are ordered and which country they are going to, we prefer first to provide you with a quote for the cost of shipping/postage.  Please email your enquiry to sw@swafineart.com

How do you post/ship the cards and paintings?
Cards are sent (UK) by second class post. Overseas, we use Air Mail and orders normally take no more than 10 days to reach anywhere in the world, but often arrive much sooner. 

Original paintings are sent by Insured Special Delivery, UK and overseas.

Limited Edition Prints are shipped using First Class Recorded Delivery or Air Mail Special Delivery.

WE GUARANTEE every item we post/ship will arrive in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged, please notify us the same day and we will arrange to immediately replace the item(s) concerned. To reassure you, we have only ever had one consignment in many thousands sent, arrive damaged. We pack your order very well!
